We are looking for a sharp person who can fit into our team of technical recruiters. Technical recruiters join forces with local and non-local companies to locate opportunities and potential employees through a myriad of different methods.

Excellent interpersonal skills and are a master of persuasion.

You are able to connect and build relationships with the elusive, rock star engineers who decline other recruiter’s outreach.

You have the confidence, strong communication skills and business acumen necessary to interact with candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders within the technology industry.

You have a process of engaging, selling. Your approach is honest and direct.

You are deeply client service driven. You provide a high touch experience with candidates and hiring managers alike.

You don’t let things fall through the cracks and are extremely diligent about follow up.

You are relationship driven, organized, work with a strong sense of urgency and can quickly prioritize when presented with a list of all ‘top priority’ situations.

You are a strong team player and have strong leadership skills.

You can work closely with existing team and hiring managers to understand technical requirements of the role, the function, and the organization.

You are a self-starter, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and a problem solver at heart.

You aren’t just looking to build upon existing methods and processes but have a critical and practical approach to finding a ‘better way’.

Past sales or client interaction experience is a plus, as is experience with strategy to build pipelines and execute on research, referral generation, or sourcing campaigns.
